Missing file added to 0.93 Windows releases

A necessary file for Lua serialisation was missing that would cause Lua to fail to init on fresh installs. Thank you to RobJ for alerting me. Alternately one may copy the ancillary data in from a previous release if already in possession of the previous release of 0.93. The AppImage will also be eventually updated to match.
